Plain answers before you ask.

The questions businesses raise before a Blueprint, answered the way we'd answer them in the room.

What does Glengarry actually do?

Glengarry installs a complete sales operation inside a growing B2B business and then runs it. Not a sales team, not a CRM implementation, not training. The operation: the designed, documented, coded business function that makes selling repeatable, measurable and independent of any one person. It starts with a two week Blueprint, is built as a Foundation in six weeks and is kept running under Foundation Care. Three operating products, Traction, Growth and Scale, add capability on top.

What is a sales operation, as Glengarry means it?

The business function around selling, in the same sense that finance is the function around money. It covers how enquiries are captured and routed, how deals move through stages with real exit criteria, how handovers happen, how the CRM is kept truthful, how performance is measured and how the way the company sells is documented so a new hire can learn it. Most growing businesses have the activity of sales without the function.

What is the Blueprint?

A two week, read only, fixed price assessment of your current sales operation across eight areas, scored from evidence rather than opinion. It produces a dated baseline, prioritised recommendations, the fixed scope and fixed price of the Foundation that would fix what it finds and a plain verdict on whether you're ready. You own the document outright whatever you decide. If you go ahead with a Foundation and then contract an operating product, the Blueprint fee is credited in full.

How long does the Foundation take to install?

Six weeks from the start of the build. The scope and price are fixed at Blueprint, before any build begins, so there are no estimate ranges and nothing discovered as we go.

What does it cost?

Blueprint and Foundation are fixed one off projects. Foundation Care and the operating products are monthly, on a standard two year term. Prices are quoted in the Blueprint conversation rather than published here, because the Foundation price is set for your business from what the Blueprint finds. There is no per user pricing, no hourly consultancy and no margin on software.

Do I have to take the operating products in a set order?

No. Take any one, any two or all three, in any combination, on top of Foundation Care. Each product you add costs less than the last. Traction is recommended as the first product because the other two draw data from the call and enquiry evidence it captures, but that's advice, not a rule.

Which CRM does Glengarry work with?

Your own. The Foundation is built on the CRM you already run, which stays the system of record. Glengarry does not sell or resell a CRM and your licences stay yours and stay direct.

Is this an AI product?

Glengarry uses software, including AI, inside its coded services, but the product is the installed and maintained operation, not the AI. At every point where a message reaches a prospect or a record changes hands, a human stays in the loop: the services research, watch, draft and prepare; your people decide and send.

Who owns what?

You own your data, your CRM, your playbook, your sales rules, your Sales Hub content and every recorded walkthrough outright, from day one. Glengarry owns and maintains the coded services, which is why they keep working. If you ever want to part ways, the codebase can be bought outright. If Glengarry ever ceased trading, it would transfer to you.

What happens if we stop?

Blueprint and Foundation are one off projects. The monthly products run on a standard two year term and can be ended on notice after the term. Everything you own stays with you; the codebase can be bought if you want to keep the services running yourself.

Is Glengarry a RevOps consultancy?

No. A consultancy does project work, hands over a document and leaves. Glengarry designs the operating architecture, installs it, connects the tools underneath it and then stays to maintain and improve it for as long as it runs. The install without the walk away.

Does Glengarry do sales training or lead generation?

No. Sales skills training and demand generation are deliberately outside what Glengarry delivers. Growth, one of the operating products, creates evidenced reasons for your own people to start conversations, but it is not an outsourced lead generation service.

Who is Glengarry for?

UK B2B businesses, typically SaaS, around £500k to £2m in annual recurring revenue, with annual contract values of £10,000 and up and one to five salespeople, where leadership still carries the number. The common trigger is the step after founder led sales has plateaued or the first attempt to move beyond it has failed.

Who isn't it for?

Large established sales organisations, businesses still searching for product-market traction and anyone looking for a tools reseller or a body shop. The Blueprint can conclude "not yet" and will say so plainly.

Where is Glengarry based?

Glasgow, Scotland. Glengarry works with businesses across the UK.
